Director of Customer Experience and Success Olga Rankin has over 20 years of experience building teams to scale and designing organisational structure.
She loves planning, building, and scaling professional services teams, ensuring their ongoing success. She emphasises that she considers her role to be the glue between the Customer (both external and internal) and Novon.
“I see myself as a solution provider and problem solver to all our customers, whether they be external clients or our Novon consultants. These customers are the heart of the Novon Community”
She engages with a variety of internal and customer teams to combine their experience and insights to provide a seamless and first-class service. One of her focus areas is designing the best solutions, improving processes, mitigating potential issues, and increasing the ways customers can give us actionable feedback.
Since joining the team in September of 2020, Olga has played a key role in Novon’s development and growth, taking ownership of some aspects of marketing and branding across the organisation.
Her overarching aim is that customers and consultants feel engaged. For Novon consultants, Olga works to ensure “[…]they are happy at work, are able to live authentically to our values of Be Innovative, Be Humble and Be Yourself and are engaged on meaningful projects”.
Her aim is for our customers to “be delighted by our Novon teams, and we want them to see us as part of their world – that Novon will help them easily reach their company goals.”
