Novon is coming to Brisbane in 2022
Novon is very pleased to announce an exciting new investment into Queensland with the creation of a new team, and office based in Brisbane. This exciting new growth phase allows us to better support our existing customer base and better service customers in Queensland, it also gives us a new physical base (based on Mary St, Brisbane).
Why Queensland?
The economy in Queensland is strong & has the fastest growing population in Australia, with Southeast Queensland becoming one of Australia’s leading Technology Hubs. Add to this is recent announcement of the Olympic Games coming to Brisbane and the likely boom in Infrastructure spending, we feel this is the right time to invest in the local market.
What does this investment involve?
We already have several customers with offices based in Queensland & a small team already working in Brisbane. The initial investment will involve establishing the office and hiring additional sales staff to focus on expanding existing relationships and creating new ones in the local marketplace.
What are the timeframes?
We are actively recruiting now with a view to commence before Easter 2022.
Who will be leading Brisbane based operations?
Steve Scanlan, former Queensland Young Entrepreneur of the year winner, will be taking the lead in growing operations. We are initially hiring additional ‘Client Account Managers’ locally with a plan to hire around 100 consultants locally within the next 18months.
